Works well. Bought the 'A' kit - frequencies match!
This was to replace a Tadi Brother's 2.4G transmitter. It was labelled 'A'. I ordered this Eaglerich 'A' kit and was pleased to learn the frequencies matched. I did not have to replace the reciever above my cab. Specs say- 2.2GHz, 2.3Ghz, 2.4Ghz. I am unsure which frquency is labelled 'A' (B or C for that matter) however I get a clear picture 22 ft away (even without a transmitter antenna screwed on). Previously on the road, the picture would occassionally glitch, which seemed to be caused by local RF interference. Yes. Thin copper wires. Make sure you secure these units so they don't jiggle around.

This rating will probably change
I'm not sure if this is one of the units fault or not getting enough power, but they are not working...... yet. Since the directions are so poor, I'm still working on it.

Works well, small wires
I have had this installed for about a week and it works well from my trailer to my van. However, the wires for the 12 volt power are way too small to work with. I have an automatic wire stripper that will strip wires down to 22 gauge. It barely touched the insulation on these wires. You can't use standard solderless connectors. I predict the tiny wires will break due to vibration. What would it cost to use 20 gauge so it could be hooked up easily?

Intermittent signal
Reception is intermittent. Goes on and off. Have a Ridgeline, so not as long as a full size truck
