What a shame
I’m an electrical contractor. I’ve been using these for years for under cabinet lighting. I’m now forced to search for an alternate brand after receiving 2 different sets that are dead on arrival. I was hoping it was just one defective set so I ordered a second set. It is now obvious that there is a manufacturing defect. These are the only things between me and getting paid for completing a multi million dollar home.
