No good

The seller actually gave me a nice freebie that made this purchase even sweeter! The machine is a bit complicated but the support is wonderful and I'm getting the hang of it. It cuts smooth and integrates well. I'm happy i purchased this.

Nice piece of equipment & graphtec studio software is pretty nice too. Shipping was fast so I can't complain. I can see this unit paying for itself very quickly & more income is a huge bonus.

Great product, fast shipping. Packaging was very good. I wish it would have come with some vinyl for test cutting.

I purchased this machine a little over three years ago. It is only used 12-15 times a year, is powered off and unplugged when not in use, and is covered when not in use in a temperature controlled room. I now have an error that occurs after cutting one small job and moving to another. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and was told that the main board was bad by Graphtec's Technical Support Team. This part is $600, if I install it, and is a part that should never go bad in my opinion. I have vehicles that are ten years old that have never had a problem with the main board(ECU), these boards experience extreme heat and cold and are stored outside. This part should of never been made cheap and should be the last part on the whole machine that I should be replacing. I will never buy or recommend a Graphtec product again.

I have had NOTHING but problems with my cutter since I bought it over a year ago. It does crazy thing like making huge, long cuts through my designs, feeding all of my media through, causing an error, cutting too deeply one time and not deeply enough the next (same vinyl, same settings). I have been working on a project that should take me maybe an hour, and I'm three hours into it, and have wasted a ton of vinyl because this thing is acting so badly.Warranty? Good luck. I called and called when I first got it, and they never called back. They sent me vague emails directing me to their website (I already checked that). They provide zero training and no tech support. I'm disgusted. The vendor I bought it from is no help, either. They directed me to Graphtec.I wish I knew which one to direct you to, but I'm stuck with this one and cannot afford to buy a new one (although, all told, if I waste much more, it's going to be cheaper to buy a Roland!)

Bad ass. Wish I bought this cutter before my other two. It is precise and fast.

This is a good machine, it does what it's supposed to, only if the machine works. If your machine runs into any kind of problem, big or small, you are on your own. There is NO WAY to get a hold on tech support, customer service, no email back, no phone call back, nothing, been waiting for weeks for a call/email back, you are pretty much on your own trying to figure out how to solve the problem with some help in the internet forums. It's a very frustrating experience, when it's time for us to get a new machine, we will never purchase anything from Graphtec again.
