Stainless Steel Lid for YETI Rambler Tumbler, 30 oz

. Fits well. My stainless straws fit. Durable construction. I didn't take away a star for the weight. I believe I could take out a mugger with a well aimed throw.

Like this lid....sturdy! don't think I will ever be able to break it like the plastic model. Fits snug in my Yeti cup. Super heavy though. Also be careful with hot beverages, the lid gets hot too!

Lid weighs more than my cup, very heavy, it is cast metal of some sort, and is magnetic....not stainless. Lid actually gets hotter than the coffee in the cup, and burns your mouth. Threw mine away, concerned about heavy metal poisoning.

Gift for my brother. We try to avoid hot things in plastics due to health issues it can cause. He was bummed that there's not a lid for the 20 oz tumbler.Per his report, well made and substantial. He's an orthodontist and shares concern of tooth trauma due to heft, though this hasn't happened. Major issue is that the lid is blisteringly hot when trying to drink coffee, so don't really recommend for that. Too bad Maki doesn't also make a silicone coated version. He might try to cool down the coffee before putting in the Yeti and see if he can salvage it.

I was expecting the lid to help hold in the cold and heat of my drink like the cup I have. Unfortunately, it doesn't. The heat and cold disperses through the lid. Very disappointed.

I bought this so I could add citrus essential oils to my water which you cannot use with plastic. It works great, fits my Yeti 30 oz tumbler perfectly. It does make heavier the cup heavier than the plastic lid but that was to be expected and I am very pleased with this lid. I wish it was an option for the 20 oz tumbler as well.

I wanted to love this item and just can't. I struggled between 3-star and 4-star. A couple things...PROS1. Stainless steel and no parts. Extremely easy to clear2. Fit was perfect!CONS1. Clearly the listing states the lid is 8oz. Yes, it's a half pound hunk of metal lid. Driving to work, it made me nervous hitting bumps. Am I going to chip a tooth?2. It left a metal feeling in my mouth. Product issue? I don't think so.

Wow... these weight 2 to 4 lbs to your cup... makes your cup top heavy.
