This product has been instrumental in my being able to easily, and successfully, administer varying medications to my picky cats. It is a nice, smooth, creamy broth-like consistency, no chunks or added pieces of proteins-perfect for elderly, sick, or finicky cats who just want a nice soup. I'll have to see how long it works, hopefully for the rest of their lives!I place ground blood pressure medication, L-lysine powder, probiotics, antibiotics, and cbd oil tincture in a packet, in small bowls for each of the cats who need these items, and they are none the wiser.I have this particular flavor on subscription, but have also used the tuna flavor, for which the cats loved as well. Unfortunately, as with most items on Amazon, the price keeps increasing, and I haven't been able to get any of the other flavors at a decent price. So, as Amazon prices regularly and ridiculously fluctuate, I'll be watching for when the price for the other flavors is more acceptable.***You can even place these packets in hot water for several minutes before opening them, to give your cat a warmed treat, especially if they're under the weather, or recoveringfrom any malady or injury.

My 2 cats give this product 8 paws up!! OMG! They line up at the bowl when I get up and go to bed (yes, they are spoiled rotten). I swear they can be on another floor of the house and hear me get a package of this out of the container and they magically appear!

My cat constantly begs for this flavor. She doesn't care for the bits or shreds version but loves the little shakes and gravies options.Doesn't look or smell too appealing but as long as she eats in and is happy that's all I care about.

My senior cat got to the point where she could only have a wet food diet. When she was sick, she would refuse to eat until the vet tried these. After that I kept a good stock at home. This was a life saver!

My cats love getting these shakes as a daily treat. The cost is too high for what little you get, but its okay as a treat and addition to a meal.

My cat used to be crazy for these when they were in the purple packaging. Recently was sent what seemed to be the same item but in yellow packaging and he refuses to eat it. Compared ingredients and it is not exactly the same. Close but not exact. Smells less catfood-y and more plasticky. Find something else..Edit to add: Apparently Amazon still has the OLD (Yellow) packaging in stock. They changed formula and packaging over 7 months ago. This product (when in NEW, PURPLE packaging) is fantastic otherwise.

I'm so disappointed. Friskies recently (since my last order was delivered) changed the consistency of the Shakes. The cats still love it. It is now like soup. When I open the packet it spurts out onto my counter. The previous version was more like a creamy soup consistency and it didn't spit at me. I feel Friskies is diluting the original; at least that is what it seems like to me. I'm going to try a different brand after I use up my most recent order. :-(
