Amazing functionality

I’ve had my Pro for a few months and I’m pleased for the most part. The battery life is legit and the pressure is decent for what it is. I use it to rinse my wetsuits, mountain bike, and paddle boards. It’s been more than sufficient for these purposes.The handle is a joke. It literally falls off if you try to lift it with more than a gallon of water in that tank.I’m also nervous about the quality long term. The fitting around the hose and tank looks janky. Fingers crossed it holds up.

I was so excited to finally receive this RINSEKIT, upon filling it with water I turned it on and water started leaking from where the hose connects from the tank...no water pressure at all. Then I turn it off because I figured its new let me try again and water tarted leaking from both the hose and the back go the tank (there's this tiny hole, no idea why) Didn't even get to use it ONCE....for the price I paid for this NOT worth all this hassle. OOH and as I was lifting it up to move it from the floor to my truck the handle broke....its made out of plastic and its so flimsy if its filled with water and you want to carry it elsewhere...I had planned trip and I was looking forward to taking this on my trip...but nooooo....I ended up buying a regular water tank elsewhere. Overall not happy, disappointed, and frustrated how the company can't even answer the phone. You have to contact them by email only...i don't understand why they even have a phone listed!!

Worked like a charm to start, but the hose from the box broke off so now it doesn’t work, this after having electrical issues that were fixed 6 months in. Now after a year so warranty doesn’t matter anymore.

The product came with a hole in the back of the unit. Looks as if it was drilled. Didn't notice it until first use and it prevented the unit from working properly.
