So I did a little research into things on Google to help me not be so hungry and this was one, I will say from before I was snacking all day to almost being done with a bottle and I have lost 4 pounds. In order to achieve this I take the pills every morning and also portion control, basically eat as much as my five year old and when I do get hungry I eat carrots,apples cucumber for snacks and I actually feel so good.before I was eating junk every hour to not being hungry at all and usually gives me a boat of energy in the morning so and exercise throughout the week even walking has helped so don't just take the pills and expect it to work gotta put in a little bit of extra work to help

I workout 3 to 4 times a week and eat between 1200 to 1800 calories a day. It did nothing.

Be aware that there are other products with the same name . The one I got doesn’t have all the ingredients that other supplements with the same name

I really liked this product and it did not cause any jitters for me which has been amazing.

Doc told me they are just sugar pills. They're not going to work.
