Used these on a trip to northern Norway in January to photograph the northern lights. It was dark, cold and very icy. These crampons performed very well. Much better than the "micro crampons" that some were using.

I received my first set at the beginning of winter and I love them! I ordered another set only bigger to fit on my rubber boots so now I have a set for clearing the driveway and a set to wear wear when I leave home. They will get easier to put on once they break in. I was able to walk carefully on slippery surfaces without fear of slipping.

If you are a senior these are a must. Great for carefully walking on ice. A must have.

These ice cleats are the best ever ! Previous other brand had thin rubber straps to hold them onto boots. Those straps broke after a couple uses and went into garbage. TIMINGILA puts much heavier rubber straps on, and includes a Velcro strap yo further secure them to the boots. However, the best part is the stainless steel cleats. I walked on solid ice and never slipped a bit. Being 75 years old this is important to me.

I purchased the original Kahtoola micro spikes back in 2010 when they first came out and loved them for 2yrs. Since then I've tried several other 'knock offs' and these are pretty good! They will break just like all micro spikes. If you are a trail runner or hike major ice, buy a backup pair. Great for all levels. If you need something more aggressive kahtoola K2's.Regardless, micro spikes are game changers and will make winter hiking much more enjoyable!Lightweight easy on, easy off 🤙

They break easy

I purchased these for a last minute 20 mile trek in which portions of the hike would be covered in snow and ice. These did the job. They were snug enough over my hiking boots. Super easy to put on and take off. Plus they come in a carrying zippered bag. They aren’t the best in the market obviously(those $100 range ones), but they are just as pictured and described. They are a 5 star for me.
