I am happy with this oven, but you must remember that it's an air fryer and cannot be used as a conventional toaster oven because the fan can't be turned off when cooking. As a result, sometimes the outside of the food may be overcooked. I wish that the presets could be changed by the user, as most of them are not realistic. For instance, the one for toast is 400 degrees at 7 minutes which results in a piece of charcoal. I use 350 degrees at 3 minutes for toast. I have not used the rotisserie, but it's a nice feature to have. This oven is ideal when cooking for two people.Update-I recently attempted to bake something in this oven by lowering the temperature to 350 and carefully monitoring the cook time to determine when the items were done. I found that the cooking is not even, as some were overcooked, and some were undercooked. I will continue to use this oven for air frying, but it's back to a conventional toaster oven for baking, toasting, and broiling.

So when I first took this out of the box, I did not think I was going to like it. I thought it was too square and too small, but I decided to give it a try as I am sometimes wrong in my judgments. I’m really glad I didn’t send this back because it’s an item that I use in my kitchen more than anything else. I live in the south and bought it so that I would not have to heat up a full oven and I know some people say that it gets really warm, I can say it does not heat up the kitchen the way a full oven does.I have cooked many items in it, including toast and honestly it’s not a toaster. But I already have a toaster and I’m much more interested in the fact that I can cook items from frozen and have them on the table in about 10 minutes. This thing as fast as lightning and as long as you keep an eye on things, it’s going to cook them fast. One thing I learned is that I have to turn the temperatures down by at least 50° because of how fast it cooks. You do have to flip things because the heat element is on top only, but I haven’t really had a hard time with that.I don’t find this as easy to clean as I would like, simply because it doesn’t have a slide out bottom, but it’s not impossible to clean. Just a little bit cumbersome if you make something particularly messy. I have not done a rotisserie chicken and likely will not do so Simply because I don’t eat meat, but I could see where this would be very good at roasting a chicken evenly. I like having the basket and the flat pans that come with the oven and I have found a very useful sense a normal cookie sheet would not fit inside.If you’re looking for a functional oven that you can use on your countertop, this may Be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

I liked this air fryer for the price. Cooked well, clean up was ok, the basket & side brackets inside are hard to clean. Have been using it with no issues & 1 day, cooked some sweet potato fries & it just quit. Checked all outlets & plugged machine in various locations & nothing. It's just dead. See a couple of reviews that said the same thing so I'm gonna buy a different brand/model. It was good while it lasted & for the price, I'm not totally mad but a whole year would have been nice.

It works well and is easy to clean, but it heats much more than what it says. Lower the temperature by about 40 degrees from your recipes and cut the time by 20 to 50%. Also, it doesn't spread the heat evenly. What is at the top or in the back cooks faster.

It seems hotter than it should. Not externally but if you set it to 350, it burns stuff like it's 400. I cook things 20-50 degrees lower and it's fantastic! Once I figured out my recipes' temps, I love it. Use it instead of the oven in the summer. Small so make sure you've got pans. I'll get a wider one next time. Great oven. Barely feel any heat in the room when using it.

Item was great until the door broke.

Work great for a few months then boom it stopped. Kept it clean so I really do not know why it stopped.
