ADUCK Pet Puppy Dog Cotton Rope Chew Toys for Teeth Cleaning, Elephant Design

I got this for my new puppy because I had gotten it for my last dog and it was cute to see her with it. It’s important to note that I went into this purchase expecting it not to last because my girl plays super rough with her toys. She had it maybe a week before it had to go in the trash, so it was cute how much she loved it but it needed to go.My last dog just liked to carry around toys and cuddle with them and he had his for years. Just depends on how your dog plays.

My poodle was able to tear it apart easily and began eating the threads. Not durable but like that it didn't have a squeaker

Got this for our six month old super-chewer puppy. It lasted two months, which is much longer than most other toys he’s had. It’s much smaller than I expected it to be, but not so small he was in danger of choking on it. He was 20 lbs then and he’s 30 now. It doesn’t really look like an elephant. Given it’s size and color, it looks more like a mouse, so we named it the “mousephant.”A fun (though a bit morbid) touch to the toy is that the inside rope is bright orange. It has been officially retired, as it is now just a pile of string, but it had a good run.

Destroyed in 10 minutes

My 5lb papillon loved this growing up. However, the ropes do unwind with heavy use. Although they don't come out, so not a concern for ingestion at least from what we experienced, thank goodness. The "Eli" just looks rough after a while. But wonderfully not stinky.

When I first received this, it looked and even felt solid. The reviews seemed accurate and I thought, no way can my little 9lb maltipoo rip this up. I was so wrong.Took about 15 min for it to start fraying. This will probably have to be thrown away since he's just eating all the loose strings now. If your dog is a chewer, this will not last. Not sure how those other dogs, the ones whose owners left positive reviews, haven't torn this to shreds yet. The owners must have taken those pics within the first minute of them playing with it because no way is my Maltipoo that fierce of a chewer.... you have been warned.EDIT: I give credit where credit is due. Christina from ADUCK reached out to me and it's comforting to know that they take their customer's words to heart and truly care about the quality of the product. She asked what they could improve on, etc and that is a company I can respect, even if the product did not perform initially how I anticipated. Plus stars for the great service and I'm sure in the future, they will improve upon the above item I reviewed.

My 3 month old large breed puppy ripped this apart in 3 minutes. The tail was pretty much gone off the elephant so quick I found this toy a waste of money. All other toys I get her last longer

My doberman puppy at 10 weeks was able to chew on this and not destroy it however my beagle adult destroyed it in minutes once she got ahold of it. It is knotted material throughout the toy and well built. I have seen cheaper versions of this with a plastic bottle under the first layer of material so those are destroyed quickly. This one lasted and was good for my puppy. not the tail though she did eat that and shred it.
