This is “Psychic Witch” Part 2 with Deep Dive Witchy Goodness
This is all the deep dive goodness that didn’t fit in his first book, “Psychic Witch”. Love Mat’s approach and appreciate how he genuinely wants to be of service to help you on your own uniquely winding path. (TIP: Upgrade to the new hardcover version of “Psychic Witch” because he expanded that edition with 17 bonus exercises not included in the OG paperback. Woot woot!)

Easy read, amazing author, a must have
Love this book! It is just as good if not better than psychic witch. I greatly appreciate this author taking into consideration us neurodivergent learners. This is a much have in your book collection. It covers many things and multiple ways so if one way doesn't work for you another might.

Another Fantastic Book and Tool!
Another Fantastic book by Mat. A perfect compliment to PsychicWitch. Both are treasured tools of my Practice. The spellwork and guidance given in the book has boosted the success of my spells and has given me insight to making my Practice a success. I recommend both books to my clients constantly. My go-to guides for my Practice. Thank You Mat!!

Buy psychic witch first!
I'm giving this book a 5 star review bc I love the author and I want to see Him do good. The spells really didn't intrest me a ton. They likely will intrest others though. They are written by a combination of many greatly known individuals who practice witchcraft and it's really amazing how everyone came together. That, I love. Psychic witch is the bomb. Buy that one first!!

Best foundational books for magick, psychic, and energy work!
These two books, psychic witch and mastering magick, are a must for any beginner occultist! Sets a good foundation for establishing a daily practice as well training yourself to work with energy and different levels of consciousness. A lot of foundational exercises that are a must and not in most books or are overlooked when training initiates

I like it
I got both of Mat's books, but I started with this one because I know the first one is a lot of what I've been doing for the past 30 years after not practicing the craft using any tools/herbs etc. I've been working with intuition and energy, and it's been a minute since I've done a spell, as I just said. Well, now I'm ready to do some spell crafting and so I started with his second book because he has spells that aren't about fixin' and gettin', you know what I mean? This book is a continuation of the last one from what I can see. Once you have honed your intuitive skills (a.k.a. trusting your own power), then graduating to a point where you can start doing spell work begins. It's about using spells to enhance and help, rather than making it do the heavy lifting FOR you. It makes sense, because it's not the spell 'that gets you what you want', it's the intention, it's the quality of your relationship with your guides. If we could all just do a spell to 'get stuff', we would live in a different world. Anyway, this book is really great. I appreciate that the spells are about continued self-empowerment rather than trying to drive a skank away from the man you want! lol.

Such a Great Book on Magick!
Mat Auryn brings spell casting into the light. As he says - we are all capable of being Psychic Witches. The book interests me because it walks me through the process of living authentically and with intention. While many look to Christianity or organized religion for guidance, praying really is passive. So much emphasis in the church is being worthy enough to have our prayers answered. With the type of spell casting in Mastering Magick - I feel like I have more of an active and, frankly, proactive role in how my life plays out.I'm still in the middle of this book, but one of the things that I've found particularly profound is the explanation of microcosm/macrocosm. We are an autonomous human (microcosm) that is an integral part of the whole universe (macrocosm) - everything has a part to play in the grand scheme. The book is filled with really amazing nuggets. I'm joyfully working my way through it and know that it will become well worn from use as I plan to refer to it often.

Too dependent on expensive ingredients.
The only reason I’m giving this book 4 stars is because the exercises read like a shopping list and can be less approachable for a beginner that may not have access to them or may be on limited budget. Make sure you understand correspondence before you buy this book or pair it with Llewelyn’s Complete Book of Correspondences.
