RouxVolumizing Conditioner 07 Volume System 15.2 Fl. Oz.

I can write a review for the product because I have used it for years; both it and the shampoo are the best I have found. Unfortunately, it is getting next to impossible to find in the stores, so, once again, I turned to Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order in just a few days, but was so disappointed, when I opened it, to learn it was the wrong product (it was Revlon leave in conditioner). I contacted the Beauty Depot and almost immediately got a response. They mailed out the correct product the next day and asked that I keep the wrong product; there was no hassle and no worry about having to mail back something I did not ask for. I will definitely order from BD again. It is rare to get such pleasant, courteous, aggravation free customer service. Thanks ladies, keep up the good work!

good product will buy again

Not only does this product not give ANY volume, my hair is very tangled as though I had not used any conditioner at all. I use a wide tooth comb and it normally glides through after conditioning. Not so with Roux conditioner -- I have to work out the tangles.
