*UPDATE: For my second project with the second patch, I used an iron instead of fabric glue and learned a few lessons.1. Use a piece of wax paper instead of another piece of fabric between the iron and the patch. It transfers heat evenly and lets you see where you have the iron.2. If you iron these for too long or with too much pressure, the glue completely embeds into whatever you're trying to adhere the patch to, instead of staying in between them and holding them together. I suspect that's what the reviewers who complained about the patch not sticking did. Because I ironed my second patch onto a pair of jeans, and know exactly where I left the iron in place too long and where I pressed too hard and that's exactly where the patch did not stick to the jeans. Everywhere else it stuck perfectly, even through a cycle in the washer and dryer. So again, follow the instructions about ironing time, and use wax paper to see where you're at and you'll likely have better success. I did use the fabric glue in those spots that came off. The patch stayed in place through another wearing and washing.*ORIGINAL REVIEW: Although I had to snip a few loose little threads, these are very nice, good quality appliques. For this particular project, I could not iron them on. Instead, I used a glue that works well on fabrics and dries clear. Overall I'm very pleased with this item and fully intend to order again in other colors for other projects.

Worked very well. No issues with adhering. Absolutely love how they changed this coat into a favorite piece!
