The system came packaged very well with all the wall anchors and screws necessary to mount the cameras. The camera resolution was excellent and the HDD device had many, identifiable controls. No Cat5e cable is included, so you will need to purchase what you need from another source. The system is rated as weather proof and it came with weather secure boots to cover the connection of the Cat5e to the camera.My main concern is lack of directions enclosed in the box. There is a very small sheet of instructions which tells about how to replace the HD. Strange. No, Quick Start Guide or anything. They expect you to get the system up and running and then scan the QR code which is eventually displayed on your security monitor. This scan with give you the device S/N. Also, in attempting to down load the manual from their website (it took over 30 minutes to download on cable connection), Norton alerted that the document contained Malware. So, we had to delete the file. I have a Q-See system (very poor customer service). I might have just gotten a higher quality system with no customer service. Hopefully, someone can resolve my concerns.

Equipment is junk. One camera dead on arrival. Seller instructed to buy another one and told me he would refund the money from the sale to replace it. Kept my money. DVR is garbage - cameras continually drop offline for no apparent reason. DVR is obviously faulty. Mobile app is trash - it has poor ratings and is unreliable at best. Seller is a thief and a con man - doesn’t back his product. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA SYSTEM!Don’t waste your money on anything that says LOOSAFE!
