Liquid Ionic Magnesium, 400 mg, 4 fl oz

I originally started taking this to help my lack of magnesium that affects my heart. It helped a lot and found that whenever anything in my body cramps up. It doesn't taste good and take it with at least 6 to 8 oz of water, but I know it will take care of any muscle issue I may be having quickly. This is the best Magnesium I have found for my issues.

I recently went on a keto diet to assist me with my weight loss journey. Turns out, keto can deplete magnesium levels. This product came highly recommended so I decided to try it. My first dose was yesterday. I took 15 drops to see how my body responded. My energy levels immediately returned and I felt great! Minimal downside, I did experience flushing so I reduced my dose to 10 drops today and may go lower until my body adjusts. This has to be mixed with something for me. Overall, great product.

I need to take vitamin D3 for a severe deficiency and with vitamin D you need to take vitamin k2 and magnesium for it to be effective and safe. I have had extreme fatigue and pain for years and have tried all sorts of magnesium, capsules and tablets. The fatigue and pain did not lesson, nor did my vitamin D value go up much until I started taking this magnesium with my D3-K2.The taste of this magnesium is nasty but I don’t care because it works so well for me. I just take a drink of anything flavored, tilt my head back and drop the magnesium to the back of my throat and swallow and repeat three more times.I take 400 mg of this magnesium with 5,000mg of D3 and 120 mcg of k2 daily. With these products, these symptoms have greatly improved. I am still working on getting fully better but it can take a long time of consistent use with the supplements.I hope they never stop making this magnesium as it has been a life changer for me. I know I will need magnesium and d3 + k2 for the rest of my life.

I purchased this due to having chronic migraines with bilateral vision loss my entire life. I have celiac disease on top of that, and have been told by my doctor that liquid vitamins and supplements will work better for me. I needed something to curb the migraines and I am not about to shell out the $$$ for the Qulipta. I did not want to get dependent on something I can’t always afford, so I started researching more natural remedies.I started learning about magnesium and how it has the potential to help migraines. I decided to purchase this one, and let me tell you. It tastes absolutely rancid, even mixed with juice or soda. The literal only way I can stomach taking this is by putting the 4ml into a small amount of V8 original. Like only enough to swallow in one go. Now I enjoy the original V8 juice, so this isn’t particularly hard for me to do. But this supplement tastes like pure salt ocean water that was marinating pennies.Now that I’ve been able to find how I can easily take it, and when I take it consistently, my migraines have gone from twice to three times a week to maybe twice a month. The benefits of this outweigh the rancid taste in my opinion, and I feel so much better. I have my days back, I am able to function again. Just remember like with any supplement, it’s important to take it consistently to feel the difference and benefit.

Knocks out nighttime leg cramps.I take this consistently each night about an hour before I get in bed. My calf cramps used to be so severe they nearly caused me to crawl off the bed in pain to escape them. Magnesium has all but nipped them in the bud. I am a very healthy and active person who eats next to zero junk foods. I still get muscle cramps occasionally, like in my toes or on the sides of my feet, but they're not nearly as traumatizing as they used to be before I started taking Magnesium.The con? This stuff is so salty it's like swallowing sea water. It's brutal, so if you can't stand it, mix it or eat/drink something immediately after you take it. After a while, I've gotten used to it.

My mom’s experience and myself were not great. This product was terrible. It has awful taste and it gives burning sensation when taken purely ( not mixed with any beverages).I mixed it in my tea, I developed stomach ache. I really want my mom’s money back.

I take drops because I’m super sensitive to everything and have to start veryslow with supplements. So this product is great for that. BUT for the love of everything do not just put the drops in your mouth. It tastes awful. Mix with something. It was not a nice surprise when I just put them under my tongue like the other ones. I have 2 other products from this company that I take so I didn’t think to look at any of the reviews or read more about the product. So That’s my fault. Other than taste I have no issues with the product.
