This stuff is spectacular really. I’ve used So Many Supplements over the years, and some work a little, some work not at all...some only work a little when you take them all the time. Well this one is great for acute inflammation, when taken in the max recommended dose, I’ve found nothing better for RA flares. I take a low dose most of the time for maintenance as well. Highly recommend!
