Product is good ,cooling is very fast.Service technicians charged Rs. 4000/-I discussed to purchase the accessories like cupper wire ,pipes and other but they refused to given the warranty .Technician competency quality was also very bad they took huge time to install the AC.

The media could not be loaded. The best energy efficient AC in the market, low noise & works like a charm, very useful features alongside, looks amazing. LG is the best.

Technician Not Helpful
I'm using this LG Product for Last 1 Year.4 Months ago I informed that I didn't get Enough Cooling to the LG Technician who came for Installation in Murshidabad Ranjan Sarkar.He told me to Clean Up the Upper Part for more Cooling and it was enough.One of my Friend today informed me that you're Eligible for 2 Free Services in 1St Year and the Technician ignore it.Now I've to Pay for Service and didn't get the 1St Year's Free Service.I'm not Satisfied with LG Service.

Great AC choice and latest technology
This product is chosen after doing good research. This product is more advanced with 6 in 1 convertible modes and UV option. It maintains equal distribution of air at high temperatures. Good choice if interested to buy AC with latest technology.

Good product
Product is good, but Amazon is not providing Copper wire in it, which is additional cost for customer have to pay 3k extra during the installation.
