This product really works well for my husband. It helps with his joints and muscles.

This is a great product, despite the fishy smell and weird taste. L-Carnitine is an amino acid, and singular amino acids need to be taken on an empty stomach. (half hour before meal or 2 hours after meal) Not in juice or shakes EMPTY!! Carnitine best taken when doing cardio or a work-out. It transports existing fat into the mitochondria to be burned for energy, a process essential for fat metabolism. I worked for GNC for over 30 years and even owned one for 10 years of the 30, and I have to say this is one of the best products GNC carries. Because each scoop is 2gms(2000mg) I use just half a scoop on empty stomach. At times I use it even if I am not working out.

If you’re unfamiliar with L-Carnatine here are a few key points to take note of before buying. This is not an energy supplement. This acts more like a thermogenic that raises your core body temperature more rapidly as you workout. I’m a big guy, 6’1”, 280lbs and I only half scoop this since it’s almost a lil too effective with a full one. There isn’t much of a taste despite the slight fishy smell. If it bothers you mix it with pre or anything with flavor and you won’t even notice. I find slight discomfort in my stomach when I take a full scoop, but it’s trivial considering the amount that I’m sweating. Definitely recommend to those that are trying to cut weight.

If you workout or do cardio fasted in the morning, be warned, even though this is considered "flavorless" its very bitter. It almost reminds me of an unsweetened lemonade. I suppose they bank on most people mixing with some kind of beverage or preworkout. I usually mix it with water in a small glass and chug it. Also, it smells fishy (reminds me of fish food) when you open the container. This might be a no-go for some. I would have given this 2 stars but I'm a firm believer in L-Carnitine as a fat loss aid and as a powder form, I like the quick absorption. Don't use this thinking its going to be a miracle solution but should be used as a tool along side a solid diet and workout plan. Moving forward I'll probably just buy the pills.

Etiquetado al español totalmente incorrecto. Dice el etiquetado en español que son 300 servicios de 200mg!!!!!! Pero arranqué la etiqueta son 30 servicios de 2grs! Tengan mucho cuidado! Si no quito la etiqueta podría haber consumido mucho más de la porción!
