It's taste good and a high protein drink
It's better than the normal ensure. It's thick and taste is better compare to the normal one. After having one cup of it feels like stomach is full.

This is the second time I have ordered, no complaints as such and no good findings as well. It's just a health drink, we may not be able to judge whether it is good or any change in the health.
