Easy to install
Works great. It was easy to install during a room remodel. Fit right into the ceiling grid of our basement ceiling for a flush overhead lighting option.

Short lifespan
Worked well for 4.5 months... now nothing

Not dimmable.
it's super bright but I tried two different LED Compatible Dimmer Switches and any setting below full Brightness caused severe fast flickering. I have other LED Lights with Dimmers and some flicker when set too low but at least I can Dim them to acceptable levels. I returned it.
