Unless you are an experienced plumber/contractor, this isn't a good choice. The unit is difficult to install, especially if you are installing this as a replacement unit and the wall is already tiled. Our contractor was frustrated with the very precise installation tolerances that had little to no "wiggle room".As for style and function - it is a beautiful unit with a great rainfall shower head. The arm on the rainfall piece is strong and doesn't bounce around. The holder for the hand-held attachment does not swivel, so we purchased a separate holder so we could use the hand-held as an optional shower head. The holder that came with the kit is installed at about knee level for washing dogs.

The faucet works great, looks nice and has great water pressure. What made me give 5 stars was the exceptional customer service. We initially had a terrible contractor install the faucet and it was leaking and had bad water pressure. The contractor blamed the faucet and said it was cheap. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and let me know how we could fix it and even sent me an extension piece that we needed. The contractor incorrectly installed the extension and the faucet was leaking even worse. We ended up calling another plumber to take a look and they removed the extension piece revealing that the previous contractor had melted part of it. I reached out to the seller once again and they quickly shipped us a replacement extension. With the plumbers installation, we now have a beautiful working faucet.

I purchased this item from amazon because the reviews were good (overall), price was fair and i liked that the water handle was a bigger size, tub spout option was good too. I have contacted the manufacturer several times because i had questions and they were answered within 24 hours. The water pressure is good, i really enjoy the rain shower, quality looks and feels good. How long will it last? I’ll update the review with information. Overall i would recommend this product and this company.

Absolutely stunning, I was a little nervous about what the reviews were saying but it came out beautiful, our handy man installed it and it came out perfect. He said it wasn’t too hard to install. It does not at all feel cheap the fountain feature looks very modern I get complements on it all the time. It’s easy to clean with just some water. I absolutely recommend these!

The system looked nice at first. We have had it for 2.5 months. I have not used anything but a clean soft sponge without chemicals to clean itThe finish on the spout is coming off where the water from the shower hits itOther than this…it performs well. Pressure adequate. No complaints. Will have to replace due to poor finish.

I love this set, it feels wonderful to shower now, however as seen in the pics, at this price point I would not expect the finish to wear off any part of it within a few years let alone before the first time I used it! That is how it looked after my contractor installed. He probably didn't mention it because of the time crunch and now I'm stuck with it. If the finish was actually brushed nickel instead of tarnished nickel I would've given 5 stars.
