There seems to be some complaints over the lid. They seem really rigid and definitely stay on the 24 oz version. I got these as an alternative to when carrying a refillable water bottle around is impractical. The plastic is somewhat thin, but Im sure it minimalistic by design.

Terrible quality, especially lids. They break and are not a good fit. Big rip off.

I own a small café. It was very important to me not to serve my food in single use plastic. While they are not as sturdy as plastic, they work well. I feel good using this product!

Cups are great. Lids are terrible. Most of them came cracked and unusable when you are using this for to go drinks.

The cups feel sturdy. The lids are horrible. Most of the lids in my pack are cracked on the ridges which make them not close. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning. Or maybe I should. It’s not really worth it. This issue makes these not leak proof.

These cups are really nice and big (24 oz) especially considering after my surgery I couldn’t drink through a straw. Only problem is the lids can be a bit flimsy. I had to throw away a dozen of them for cracking on the sides when trying to put them on the , so some cups are lidless.

This product is horrible!!!!! The lids were all split and broken. The ones that weren’t wouldn’t stsy on cup and then would split and fall off. The cups were so thin that when you tried to pick it up or put the lid on it would crush and your drink would spill out. Ridiculously horrible product!!!!

These are great smoothie and ice coffee cups. I like that I can close the lid while I’m driving. No leaks no issues.
