Simply excellent corn bread mix
Jiffy is a consistent excellent source for a quick muffin or pan mix . I love to add either fresh corn, canned corn or feeeze dried corn just to give a bit more something. Jiffy mix gives me that chance to make a quick batch into something special. I really like the convenience and pre measurements of these little boxes!
