I initially ordered the 72" version because I had put up the question based on reviews from customers who had bought this. All most all, including the seller, say that the 72" cover will fit my 65" Broil King BBQ grill better than the 64" version. Only one person said the 64" one will likely fit because it will have maybe 1-2 inch tolerance. So, I bought the 72" version and what a huge mistake that was. There's like at least 5" on either side of the wings. In addition, the 72" cover was way too long! I took pictures of this but they all disappeared. Anyway, I returned the 72" one and bought the 64" one.This is the review for the 64" Grillman BBQ Grill Cover. The package, when it is folded up, weighs around 10lbs. However, the material is actually quite thin (as shown in the pictures). My old BBQ Cover from Home Depot was actually twice the thickness. Lengthwise, the 64" cover (which actually did measure 64" across exactly). The width fit was right on for my grill with the two table wings hinged. The length is still a bit longer than I would like as it does droop to the ground by a couple of inches around all the sides.Lucky the 64" Grillman cover came the night before as it rained overnight and into the morning hours. The cover did it's job in protecting my BBQ grill from the few hours of rain. I will provide long term reviews of this Grillman BBQ Cover to see how it will last through one year with partial sun and climate changes that include rain, hail, wind, snow, and -30*C temperatures. For now, I give the Grillman BBQ 64" Cover 3-stars based on material, fit, and initial performance.

I bought this to replace my old one of 7 years that was split and no longer stopped the elements.What I first noticed was how thin this was compared to my old one. I would say it is at least half the thickness.Because of the thickness, it is much lighter than my old one; which is good and bad. Good in that it is easier to put on and take off. Bad in that a strong wind was able to lift it off of the BBQ even with the straps fully tightened.I can't comment on the waterproof aspect as we haven't received any rain as of yet. But, I don't think this will last as I think it is to thin for Canada's winters. I anticipate looking for a new one in the next two years, whether because of failure of the cover or it flying away in a wind storm.If this the premium line, I'd hate to see what the regular line looks like.

Well, the day after we installed this cover, Montreal decided to surprise us with 10-ish cm of snow overnight in the middle of April, so we got to give it a good test.And it worked out flawlessly! The fabric is clearly water resistant and not a single drop of watter got into our BBQ (Nexgrill DEluxe 2-Burner)Overall, very happy with our purchase.

I ordered this to cover my grill, it's a little big for what I needed but that's okay it does the job for me. I had read some bad reviews and was initially unsure whether to buy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this cover as it is absolutely as good or better than any cover I've previously owned. A couple of pluses it has are velcro straps on the sides for snugging it up and handles on the top sides for pulling the cover off.

Have only had this for a few weeks but seems like it will hold up well. The last cover we had was good too, but only lasted just over a 2 years I beleive. This will be stitting out year round on a south facing deck with no roof, so it does take a beating from the weather. This covers lifetime guarantee was the deciding factor.This has been a very good cover. Due to sun damage the fabric did start to degrade after about 2.5 yrs. The vendor honoured the warranty & replaced the cover. We received the replacement cover in record time! I would definitely purchase from this vendor again.
