I've bought 2 bottles -and they've both been the real deal (first purchase, Oct 2013 from Pro Concepts, last purchase Sept 2014, Bubbles Boutique).

Hi Madeline,Who says we can't? Our shipping costs are $5.95 + $1.00 for each additional item up to five. And a flat $9.95 to ship five to twenty items. You'll still have to pay Amazon whatever shipping charges they apply to your order, but PrimoPerfume is more than happy to refund the difference. And here's a tip for you. Many merchants you find here have their own separate store, and I bet most of them would be more than willing to work with you. It's a lot easier to do that when dealing with them directly.
