How do you rate a vitamin ? Well i love the gel pill because it goes down so easy and smooth. So it's great for your parents and or your grandparents, or you so it's very easy to swallow, which becomes an issue as people. age. And it's very small, so that's a big deal for certain peeps.. Just a reminder that they say vitamin D helps with mood and other things as well..I just realize i'm probably not supposed to say that so I will add allegedly!I recommend!

Easy to swallow
These are small and easy to use and to swallow with no taste at all. The vitamin d levels can be adjusted by taking several pills. I take 3 of these a day to feel good and to meet my 3000 a day dose. They are effective in keeping my bones strong.
