Will it pump all 4 tyres up to 55psi in one shot? my last one died after 3rd tire. no time to wait 30mins to cool down.

You should be able to inflate all four tires in one shot, but it will depend on the condition of each tire. Please allow the compressor to cool for 10 minutes after 10 minutes of continuous operation.

Will it pump properly upto 300mPa for all 4 tyres without any issues? Is it worth purchase for personal use?

I think you are a little confused 300mPA would give you close to 45,000 lb per square inch far beyond any car tyre. The item you are interested in works well and easily handles the inflation of four tyres on my 4x4, I would recommend it but it certainly won’t inflate to 300mPA.

With the accessories included, can you pump up through presta valves (common thin road-bike valve)?
