Great value
I bought these after using a similar one at physical therapy. It’s very nice. I can’t imagine that it will ever wear out. I am using it daily and have now had another knee replacement, so it so worth the money I paid for it.

Perfect for Ham stretch
As a personal trainer, I find that stretching the hamstrings results in less knee pain for clients. I was using a jumprope before, but this is so much better
