Works as a lock should, keeps the honest thieves out of your stuff. Comes with the “key” to change the combo and very easy to do. Haven’t ever had to cut one so I can’t tell you how strong it really is but I figure it’s about average.

MUCH better than their cheaper, low-end combination locks (similar shape). Looks like it would slow down an honest thief. I took one star off because of the pictures of a corroded bottom plate in several other reviews. Shouldn't happen.

I’ve lost this lock at the gym by accident several times and replaced it with the exact same lock. This lock is heavy, has a nice weight to it. It looks very sturdy, feels sturdy. The instructions are always extremely easy to follow. I always feel like my stuff is very secure. The latch is also thicker than most locks, not that someone will try and cut it off while you’re working out. I haven’t found one locker this will not fit. It’s really nice!

I would rate this 0 stars, but Amazon minimum is 1. Lock arrived today. I followed the instructions. You have to set the combination to 0000 to open the first time, then once it is open you may program a new combination using the included tool. Problem is, the lock does not open with combination 0000. Therefore it cannot be reset to a new code. Therefore it is a useless paperweight. Zero functionality. I will never buy another MasterLock lock again. This is horrendous quality control.

The size works on HDB iron grill gate. Pretty sturdy and easy to configure.

Work fine until it gets cold outside. In freezing or near freezing temps they will either not open, not lock, or both. Would be fine for indoor use or outdoor in warm climates. Had to purchase a second set of keyed locks for my sheds.

This lock works very well, and may be complete overkill, for the office locker I use it for, but I anticipate using it for years to come. It has a very sturdy and high quality construction that gives me confidence the combination mechanism will work for years to come, not to mention keeping people out. The programming and reprogramming of the lock is very easy and straightforward. I would recommend this to anyone and would buy again.
