I love this bed. It looks so nice and it is very practical with all of the storage space underneath. It was easy enough to put together but you definitely need 2 people to physically put it together and to work out the instructions. It’s very sturdy, feels good quality and looks nice too. I really like the winged detail on the edges, makes the bed feel more snug somehow. The gas lift feature is great too, making it super easy to lift the bed up. They even delivered it upstairs directly to my bedroom which I thought was great, most delivery companies refuse to even go past the small steps leading to my house. No complaints at all! 😊

Was the best value for money Ottoman bed when I was comparing the price with others from different websites as others where almost double or triple the price! Can’t fault the quality as brilliant materials and overall look. Comfortable and functional. Can fit two medium suitcases under the bed, Came as described and very stylish 😎had a couple screws missing but really couldn’t be anything that wasn’t able to be sorted with thinking where to put the most important screws and result as didn’t effect anything major or minor in terms of construction of the bed. Fab and fast delivery, only thing I’d really fault is that I didn’t realise it was as low as it was but that’s my fault for not reading the measurements correct! Comes about 1ft and a half off the ground including a good mattress, and headboard is about 1m in height but makes the room look more spacious so can’t really complain!

In all fairness I was semi skeptical about buying this bed as I was little worried it’ll be too high for a bed going in a loft bedroom. HOWEVER! The night of this bed if perfect for the slope side of a loft bedroom. The finish is nice too, real smooth and the storage pace is very rewarding. Lifting the bed is light work. All round, this is a very go to bed in my opinion. Personal, just wish of got the king size instead now haha. But next time.

But it's to low for an adult I've had to purchase another mattress from you to go on top of my other mattress if I'd known it was that low would have looked for a different one

As shown on the photos, the wooden bed frames got broken not even 2 weeks after the usage.Hard to assemble and bad instruction!Very cheap material.We wanted to buy the same bed for another property before this happened, but we had to cancel the order because we were unable to rent another property.I requested to cancel 2 days before arrival, however it was already on the way, so I was suggested to refuse 3 beds I bought, which I did! But the driver just damped 6 big and long parcels in China Town in London!Then, Joshua from customer service accused me that the photo I sent is from courier as a proof of delivery which is a ridiculous lie, the picture was taken 2 days after the driver damped them in the street.I had to keep telling them that I did not sign, and I refused, also told him to send back to the seller as I’ve requested to cancel, but he still left them in the street and call it delivered lolJoshua was basically saying that I’m a liar, but they cannot prove that the picture is from courier at all.
