No. This is an Australian product through and through. It met all of my expectations.

Can you get orAdd chin strap?

There aren't any loops to attach a chin strap. :-(

Is this hat good in snow and rain?

I purchased 1 and I loved the quality so much I bought a second, last year. Unfortunately, in California last winter we had very little rain and a lot of fires. However the couple of days I was able to use it in the rain it kept it's shape 👍, didn't get that wet "odor" 👍, and I have feeling that the more broken in and weathered it gets, the better the Aussie will get. Hope this helps
