Taste is good it's like a energy drink but it doesn't burn any fat it has been a month and my body weight is still 84 kg after a month I started having yohimbine 2.5mg just in 5 days I reduced 1.2 kg weight so if u want to drink some tasty drink then ok but if ur aim is fat loss then it won't help anything

Been using this product for a few months. Ofcourse it's for weight loss and the need for excercise is so important. Have had better health benefits from taking this product. It has a nice orange flavour which is yum. Easy for digestion and I take it on an empty stomach.

The instructions say to dissolve two tablets in 250 ml of water, which effectively gives you 2000 mg in just 250 ml.
