Este producto no sirve es mejor un ventilador no en fría nada fue un error A ver comprado esto hoy q lo utilice le puse hielo y nada. ubiera preferido el ventilador. Por eso no les doy ninguna estrella. Esta bien carro y ni sirve y ya se pasó el tiempo de regresaron. Dinero mal gastado.

I bought this to use as a humidifier during the winter months. I am not using it as a cooler.. We have a whole house evaporative cooler to use during the summer, and that works great.This definitely puts humidity into the air. I've had it for about a month now and it has worked great.The only problem I have had is one of the buttons on the console broke, and is stuck in the depressed position. This basically made the other buttons useless, and so it wouldn't turn on. I contacted the seller about my problem, they asked for a few pictures, and then they sent me a new cooler! So far, excellent customer service on an average product.For those of you looking to use this as a cooler and not just a humidifier, please remember how these things work. They reduce the temperature by adding moisture to the air. This is only effective if the humidity already present is very low. Like, desert low. I live in New Mexico, it is very dry here. Evaporative coolers therefore work well here. But even here, if it has rained recently or if some weather system raises the humidity then not even my whole house evaporative cooler moving 5000cfm can keep us cool. And this little cooler is so small you can really only expect it to cool a very small area, and maybe only if it is blowing directly at you. Dropping ice in the water helps, but not enough to compensate for high humidity.So, in summary: Ok product. Excellent customer service. Only for very dry areas.

I love this thing. I full time in a very small class B+ RV. My goal was to find something to keep the dogs cool when they couldn’t go with me. It definitely does the trick. An air conditioner it is not. But the air is very cool and the fan is super powerful. I sat in front of it in upper 90* weather And stayed very comfortable.

First it was leaking water. We got that fixed. Now, it blows HOT air. Even with cold water and ice. Makes the room even HOTTER. Returning the item, getting a refund!!

Less 2 months and beginning a very loud sound!!! I don’t know what happen!

Leaks sometimes not as cool as i thought it would be but has a strong air flow witch is good better than my floor fan might work better in not so hot climates I'm. In phoenix arizona getting very hot hear

It's really a pain! You have to add water to it and if you don't use all the water there is no way to dump it out and then the water gets moldy and smelly
