These ear amplifiers work very well in most situations. Although my fingers are a bit large for the little buttons I can still make the adjustments pretty easily. They do amplify well and have four situational settings and I think 6 volume settings on each side. Just keep in mind that these are not "magical" and still need your attention to set up FOR YOU and what you are doing at the time, however they are not real hearing aids, they are hearing amplifiers but it seems like semantics to me. Make sure to pick out the correct size Domes from the supplied assortment first. This will help eliminate most sound and feedback squelch issues. Once you get used to using them after a few days you will most likely appreciate them. I like the "earbud" look they present so they do not look like real hearing aids. The charging station is great and they turn on and off as described in the manual. I suggest they you really take time to read the manual prior to using them. great product (for me anyway)! Product improvements I would make are 1) label at least one of them L or R in a different color other than black as they are now. It takes a bright light and 20-20 eyesight to distinguish between them as they are now. 2) Make them in white also, not just black. 3) Have a telephone mode.

I bought these for my 89 year old Mum. They work well for up close one on one conversation.I recommend them.

Well, I wrote my review as soon as I got them. 6 weeks late, I started having issues with the right ear. I can not hear out of it. Charging did not help. Unfortunately, I can't return them. I liked the look of the earbuds. I am sensitive about hearing aids because of my short hair and age. I feel less embarrassed and blend in well with what is trending. I am still getting accustomed to the fit. One ear seems to fit better than the other. I hear occasional whistling but is usually corrected with an adjustment. The charge lasted pretty long. I lost my $3,000 hearing aids and can not afford to get new ones. I must say, they are substitutes but the quality and clarity of sounds can not be compared to teal sharing aide. It is the reality of getting old.

I HEAR! THE Aids fits, I wear the left one. Charging is easy, once I received the USB from Amazon. I love Amazon 'cause they have all I need for my product to work. Amazon gets it here fast. These do indeed amplify the sound, but it makes it very synthetic and tinny. I really couldn't stand listening to it, maybe if I was a lot closer to deaf I would find it a good product. I only wanted a small boast in hearing and it was too much. It was also difficult to adjust. One of the most irritating aspects was that the closer a sound was to me the more it seemed to be amplified.Trying these has turned me off entirely to trying to enhance my hearing with over the counter solutions. If my hearing gets bad enough I will go to a proper hearing center and get a proper hearing aid. In the meantime I will just have to live with saying "What?" and "Huh?" a lot.
