Using 6 of these 5v to 6v for 1.7a mg995 servos. set outs 6. no movement. measured. damn things showed 17 to about 30 and destroyed my servos! why???

Can this be used with the 5v dc output from a usb power source to a 20v dc bit of equipment (low power)?

Can this be used safely with an arduino and if so should it be used with the 5V out pin or one of the Analog out?

Can i use this to step 12v from a battery to charge a laptop with these specs - output: 15v dc, 3a, 45w?
