Simple, easy time log, arrived quickly
I used this to log food for a eating plan and it worked great! I wanted to be able to see a week at a glance for food repetition, weight changes or symptoms that might be related to foods, etc. this was super easy to read and simple, no extra stuff down sides of pages, etc. perfect for what I needed!

Love this appointment book. This is the second year I've owned it. I ordered a different on for this year and then had to go and find this one again because it was just that great. I love the cover material.

Claro que es flexible, se menciona en las especificaciones y en las fotos que la cobertura es plastica...Es delgada y el tamaño es bueno, tiene un calendario general mensual antes de cada mes y las vistas semanales con suficiente espacio para anotar los pendientes.Tambien me llamo la atencion que te ofrece los primeros 5 dias de enero del proximo año (muy util si aun no compras papeleria a tiempo)100% recomendable
