I always had trouble finding the right balance of hand dryness and stickiness when kettlebelling. The bells need to be firm in your hands and yet slide a little when doing swinging motions. I used to have a cup of water, and before every exercise put water on my hands then wipe it off. That small amount of residual moisture worked okay. With this stuff I rub some on my first kettlebell handle (one-arm curls), and the residual stickiness on my hands makes reapplication unnecessary for the rest of the workout. Very nice.

This is the good pine tar. Not the synthetic, fake stuff that looks like a glue stick that fades after 1 use. Provides excellent grip after repeated uses. Highly recommended!~
