NOVOPEN 6 Insulin Pen

Been using it for a few weeks before review. It's a good pen and the last time of jab and amount works well. It does not click like some of the older pens did which was useful for people who have poor eye sight who could listen to the clicks .

Anyone thinking of buying this need to be fully aware that it will only work with Novo insulin cartridges. I bought it to communicate with my Libre 2 sensors but my Humalog cartridge would not fit so I had to return it. Very disappointing.

I have used novo pen 5's for a number of years and found them very reliable and good. Not having a spare pen I( decided to retire my current pen and use it as emergency spare. I purchased a novo pen 6 as I liked the idea of it recording the dose and time of the injection and the ability to recall and display the details of the last injection. The app I use has the ability to log the readings from the pen. I have found in using the pen that it is easier to read the dose and the dose mechanisum is more positve and has a nice feel to it. When injecting the action feels easier and smoother. The only improvement would be to add a back light to the display, but I guess this han't been done to conserve the battery. An excellent Pen and an excellent purchase very pleased.

Delivery was super fast! Faster than advertised Was a gift for my boyfriend Came down in great condition - only problem was I thought I was getting the blue one and it came down silver which is a bit confusing for other injectors they have They said it was strange that the end doesn’t have a dot on it to signify what end your holding anymore They said it was super easy to set up with the Libre 2 app as that’s what they use for their glucose levels Will update after a couple days of consistent use UPDATE: This has been invaluable for their glucose levels and works super well very reliable definitely recommend

My pen broke down and couldn't find backup. As always it was on a Friday pm and unable to get to GP so was panicking. Found this on Amazon and ordered it. Came next day. Phew. Thanks Amazon. It is a genuine pen as well . Use Novomix Penfill insulin.
