Ledes is a good company making excellent replacement toner, Works exactly as it's supposed to and saves money. very nice.A good deal. :)

I have bought this product 3 times. The second time some containers arrived almost empty but they immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. The product is of good quality, the prints are excellent and the customer service is the best.

These cartridges fit the way they're supposed to. However, the first one I used out of the box (black) caused an error on my copier. After closer inspection, I determined that the auger inside the cartridge was broken. Not sure about the cyan, magenta, or yellow but I will be thoroughly testing them before I put them in the machine. Since I don't have any backups, and I'm in the middle of a time sensitive job, I had to transplant the toner and chip from the defective cartridge into a used cartridge I had here.

This Product is very much so mis-leading, It show on the picture that the cartridges are the same until you open them. This was a $134.00 wasted.

Unfortunately I bought 3 packs of these to use and none of them work. I am past the point of return and disappointed. $300 down the drain.
