Where are the size measurements?

Measure the thigh circumference 5.5 inches above your kneecap, and then choose your size from the size chart based on the measurement results.

Thigh circumference：
S:  12.20"-13.78" (31-35cm)
M:  13.78"-15.35" (35-39cm)
L:  15.35"-17.72"  (39-45cm)
XL: 17.72"-20.47" (45-52cm)
2XL: 20.47"-23.62" (52-60cm)
3XL: 23.62"-27.56" (60-70cm)

I suggest you do not choose a size based on your height and weight. You need to determine the size based on the thigh circumference 5.5 inches above your kneecap. (This is the most accurate.)

ADVICE from NEENCA:
Please check chart to select your size. And the Smaller size for more compression, the larger size for a more comfortable experience.

how long will it last with every day use before a new  one is needed ?

I ordered two types of braces from Neenca. Received one order last Dec. 3 & another on Dec. 11. I wear one type when I’m at home & the other when I’m at work. I have not seen degradation or loosening of material since purchase. Both hug my knee keeping it warm but I do have to make adjustments do to slippage from time to time. Not constantly nor to the point of becoming a nuisance. Great product & when the time comes I’ll be buying them again.

PS: Hand wash as directed. Recommend Woolite.

What kind of warranty is there on the ac-51 i have had 2 sets support pieces break since june 2021 purchased 1 on 6/27/21 and another on 12/30/21
