Great pitching machine for ages 8 and up. Hard foam balls that won't hurt if it hits you but they will go farther then you think when hit. Perfect for at home or indoor use.

A year ago I picked up the JUGS Lite-Flite Machine package and I wanted time to use it before writing an ho wet review. Over all the JUGS Lite-Flite Machine pitching machine and 12 of the Lite-Flite balls, have been a total game-changer for batting practice—especially for younger players or those training in smaller spaces. If you’re a coach, parent, or athlete looking for a safe, versatile pitching machine for skill development, the JUGS Lite-Flite Machine is a fantastic choice. It’s especially useful for youth baseball, softball, or indoor training where safety is a concern. The included dozen Lite-Flite balls are a bonus, so you can get started right away.

Great machine for practicing, Especially indoors
Works great especially indoors or days without wind. Ball tends to rise at higher velocity if you are in the wind. Very sturdy and easy to adjust. I buy the lite baseballs from walmart since it works just as well and is less than half the price of jugs lite balls. Overall great machine for the money. I let my son hit in the garage with it sometimes.

Perfect for our Backyard
Portable, semi-lightweight, easy to set up - perfect for backyard practices. I wish the transition from baseball to softball was as easy as the description portrayed however, it's not.

Great Machine
Sturdy construction, accurate, great device to help young kids (14 & under) get their timing, catch up to fast pitches, and give them confidence to stand in there against speeds up to ~45-50 MPH. I took a star off on assembly, only because it’s a little cumbersome on your own. Was able to do it in under 15 mins, but because of sturdy construction and weight of parts, it’s not a “snap & go.” Love it though.
