This is so cute! We bought this for our granddaughter turing 6. It's a nice size for children to play with and carry. (It says ages 4 to 10) The house itself is assembled, the interior items and people are in bags inside the house. An adult will either have to help or totally put together some of the bagged items. It's not too much and doesn't take much time. The detail and quality are what you expect from Playmobil. When I ordered this, I made sure to check to make sure it was packed in an Amazon box and the house box arrived in perfect condition.

My son really wanted a little house to play with for his birthday and this one is perfect! He absolutely loves it. The attention to detail is amazing — every little accessory and family member is so thought out. The quality is also great, and we absolutely love that it folds up so it's self-contained and portable. Definitely a favorite around here!

Pretty cute. A little hard to keep things in place while putting the dolls in their place (like chair, etc).I like how convenient and easy storage this is and easy to transport. Good quality material. I think it is pro better for kids around ( and up)

Gosh what a great portable dollhouse. My Great granddaughter was with us for 6 days traveling. She played with her house for hours each day. Being 7 and stuck in the back seat of our truck traveling was hard on her but she played for hours with this house. She even continued to play with it once she got home. Great dollhouse with lots of pieces and really made well. Price was worth it.
