Is this one tube or 4? Some mention 4 tubes while pictures appear to show just 1 tube.

My purchase was for a single tube for about $17. Retail stores offer it for about $12 but this color was unavailable locally.

Is this caulk removable after hardening without damaging unerlying structures?

That totally depends on the structure it is applied to. On tile, which what this is intended for - to match the grout used elsewhere between the tiles - yes , it will come out without damage. On wallpaper or unpainted wallboard, removal will probably cause some damage - how much would depend on how carefully it was removed. Painted surfaces usually have no or minor damage, UNLESS the structure under the paint is unsound or the paint was poorly adhered (no primer, cheap paint). No free lunch here. You want caulk to stick well to seal the joint. Sticking well means there maybe damage on removal.
