Cheaply constructed
One of the plastic clips that hold the blade in broke before even using once. Great overall idea but cheaply executed.

Cleaning it means taking your life in your own hands
When I first saw this product on Kickstarter (or was it Indiegogo?) I thought it was a really good idea and so my wife and I invested. We got two and gave one to our son and kept the other. First thing we noticed is that it was really sharp. It worked well for slicing and it's great for cutting up a pizza. The problem comes when you try and clean it. The disassembly process is a little involved but more importantly, you have to be VERY careful when you try and wash it due to the fact that there is no safe way to hold the blade while you clean it. It maintains it's blade and I'd use it more if it weren't such a hassle to clean. We got rid of ours as did my son for the same reason.

Very disappointed.
This was a disappointment. I was hoping it would help cutting meats but my first attempt at using it, to cube chicken breasts, did not go well. It cut through some of the meat but not all so I had to use a regular knife to finish the job. It's also quite a project to take it apart to clean as the bare blade has to be held in your fingers, there is no safety area anywhere to hold while cleaning. I wanted to support the inventor because so many amazing products are coming out now but this was disappointing. It could be I just don't have the strength to push hard enough on the product, I will see if one of my kids wants to give it a go and see if they have better luck with it. If they do, they can write a review as well.
