Is this the same as lr011279 for a range rover sport supercharged 2014 engine?

Yes, I have it for my Jaguar XFR same engine as the range rover supercharged.(5.0L V8 510hp) (also fits 3.0L) I recommend running royal purple as an oil. Once o switched over it made a significant difference.

O-ring incorrect size, anyone know corrrect o-ring size (for end that inserts into engine)

Is it a right filter for Jaguar XK 2011?

Probably. It worked for a 2010 XKR. Same 5L engine I believe.

Does it come with a new canister O-ring?

Yes. two small ones are already installed on the filter and one large one is included to replace the o-ring on the filter housing.
