I really like the idea and concept of this product. However it has let me down. The adhesive that comes on the back does do an excellent job sticking to your nightside table or car dash board or wall. however unfortunately the magnet is not that strong. If you have a heavier cord even though it will fit with in the magnet the strip that the magnet connects to is weak so you’re smaller magnet piece will just fall right off the magnet strip. Also the three magnets it comes with barely fit on the strip so you’re always knocking one of the magnets off while trying to put a cord back into place or a magnet back into place. It’s not the worst idea or design so I am giving it two stars.

I'm always looking to make things in my life easier and more organized. This is one of those things. I like the 3M command strip because it is very sticky and lightweight. I stuck this device beside my bedside to go with the Dockem iPhone wall mount holder. The reason I mentioned it is cause these two things go together. The little holders are held to the device by a magnet which I think is really cool, because It is able to hold a cord without it falling off. I did test it out with a few cables and thick ones too which seemed to hold up just fine. I took pictures of what I will mainly use it for and that's my Iphone/Ipad old non lightning cable. I plan on buying another to put it on the side of my desk because it will keep things a lot more organized appose to me looking for my cords in a box. I would definitely recommend this cable clip holder as well as the dockem holder to go with it.

Unfortunately, while the glue that holds the strip to your desk is pretty solid (I'm not sure I can get it off without stripping away the paint/finish of my desk) the magnets are not that powerful. I use several Razer products - Black widow keyboard, Chroma mouse, etc. and the somewhat stiffer cable on those makes the magnets slip off their base regularly. Worse, eventually, the magnets just came out of the plastic housing so I end up with several cords that have the little plastic disk attached and the magnet stuck to the base. While you can probably glue the magnets back in, the point is you shouldn't have to. So I got a few weeks out of it, but ultimately it left me with a few magnets for my fridge and a strip glued to my desk. Use caution if you're going to try this thing out.

The concept - genius. In reality, the clamps are too small and do not fit larger cables that most people have set-up. The only cables that I could fit in the clamps, we're cables diameters equal to or smaller than my USB to Micro USB cable. Any larger diameters just simply will not fit. Not worth my time or money to send back, I'll just take a loss on this one.

I really like these wire management magnets. They help keep my desk more organized then when the wires just hung loose.One thing I could not confirm until I received them is that the magnet is installed in the cord clip and not the strip that you mount on your furniture. This was important to me as I don't use the strip.I took off one star because the clips didn't fit my large USB C cord as it was too thick. All my other cords fit fine and I found one USB C cord that would fit with a little extra effort.

This is a wonderful idea. There are 2 flaws, however, the magnets are not very strong and they tend to easily come out of the holders that are attached to the various cords I use (even the small ones like USB, USB-C, lightning cable seem to be too much for this to support without disconnecting). Not recommended.

So you will see from my pictures that I ordered the "Hizek" cable magnets, but I actually received "bcase" magnets. I've seen similar products by a few different companies on here. These seem to work pretty well other than the company mixup. May send an email to amazon just as a heads up but these fit my needs for cable management.

Worked well for a month or so then one of the magnets came out from one of the attachable pieces you put on the cord. I have to try to reglue and hope it stays inside the clasp. Also has the option for different size wires.Update June 18th 2018. The second clasp lost its magnet. The first one that I glued back is just fine. Still works well and I never have to search for my cord in the dark. I'll reglue the second clasp and problem solved.
