I bought 12 shower mixers from this supplier and he was very instant in his response when I had questions before I made the purchase. The items came very fast! I am very pleased with the quality as far as i can see, the mixer section is heavy and sturdy looking. I will write an additional update after the installation.

This seems to be a very good rainfall shower system, but we couldn't install this in our bathtub. The shower head plate is on a bar that sticks out about a foot into the tub, and that gives you too little room to maneuver, because we have a small tub. It's regulation length, but it's not wide enough. I really wanted this rainfall shower head to work, but it just wasn't meant to be. This was my fault, not reading the listing correctly and not measuring the tub before ordering. The shower system appeared to be everything the listing advertised and more. Very nice rainfall shower system, all the bells and whistles, but the head stuck out 12" into our bathtubs, and this just didn't work for us. This is on me, though, because I should've measured the tub more carefully and measured where the head would end up. This system would be great if you had the room for it, but I just don't. I gave it four stars even though we didn't use it because it does appear to be very well made, and it has everything you'd ever want in a shower set. It's very pretty, and the rainfall shower head looks great, but it just didn't work in my tubs. My loss.

It’s a great product but not for apartments/condos more for homeowners

I wanted to love this shower but it wasn't meant to be. It has a nice design but we ran into difficulty with the installation. The plumber had a time trying to match the connections for the hot and cold water lines. Unfortunately we went with another shower system.
