Super comfortable
The regular plastic flanges are uncomfortable for me and leave my tissue feeling sore. These are way more comfortable and fit quite nicely in my bottle washer with the 4oz Dr Browns bottles, where as the flanges connected to the base do not fit in there with that size bottle. I use the Maymom connectors for the Spectra bottles and am ordering the Maymom Ahmed’s connectors today to test compatibility with these flanges since those connectors fit the Dr Browns bottles, if it’s a good fit I am ordering a second pair of these flanges. They are truly a game changer for me.

Perfect, and better than the other brand
I used medela with my first and so glad I switched to the dr browns pump and these flanges. They’re so much less… rough. They work!
