The media could not be loaded. This electronic air diffuser is very nice. A lot cheaper than in the stores especially considering it holds 500 ml of water but I never fill it up all the way to the full line so that way it produces the most vapor and can introduce wonderful sense in the air very quickly. I use it in my living room and it was a birthday gift for my wife who wanted a new one. One thing I must note, if the vapor does not seem to be producing like it did when it was brand new Just open it up and clean it meaning just rinse it with water Very good and try not to get any on the base especially where it plugs in. Add fresh water and however much essential oil you like and it will produce vapor once again. It will definitely last a long time too. I am very satisfied with this electric air diffuser.

It is nice and silent and works as described. The different colors displayed are pretty nice, and you can choose any one and keep it static and select the frequency of the vapor. Besides the artifact does shut off when the water evaporates. Careful with the black top since it may slide from the casing, and it's difficult to snap it back.

Worked well, just broke fast.

My diffuser stopped working after 4yrs. So, I looked for a replacement. I purchased this diffuser in December. It works so well I bought a second one, the 1st week of January. I’ve had bad luck in purchasing other diffusers, that were defective. (One was $49) Yet, Hardly no sent in the air, and a weak stream. I almost gave up on finding a replacement that worked as it should. This one pumps out the scent with a strong stream. A tank lasts for 12 hours on continual stream. (As advertised) So happy to have found this brand, after wasting time and money on ones that just did not work. I recommend to everyone, Buy it! You won’t be disappointed!

Didn’t have long before this quit working. Just now leaving a review. My wife liked the functionality when it worked. Would like to leave a better review. Could the vendor please send a replacement?

I love essential oil diffusers. These are good for the money

The diffuser works well. The top cracked with the average use of 2 times per week. I have an smaller diffuser from Walmart that has lasted for more than 3 years. I’m past my return window or I would have returned the product.

I like the shape of it and the ease of filling the tank.
