Aluminum Precision Bit 4mm Driver for Electronics Repair

Well tooled and made of aluminum with knurled grip and swivel top. Perfect for 3.7-3.8 mm diameter miniature screw driver bits that require a 4 mm driver. Purchased this in duplicate, as a replacement for the poorly made 4 mm drivers that generally come with the tiny screw driver bit sets used in a multitude of electronics like cell phones, smart watches, standard watches and small electronics. Can’t fault the engineering quality or design of this 4 mm quality driver.

Very well made. Nice to hold. Solid aluminum and just a pleasure to use. A 4mm driver for precision bits that is precise and done correctly. Good magnet. This is my first encounter with IFIXIT - and it sure will help me fix whatever the ‘it’ is. You have to love it when a simple tool makes you happy. Not sure what it says about me but hey, feeling good is a good thing.

Rotates smoothly in hand and palm. Bits very well held by the magnetic chuck. Reasonable price for such a well-made handle for bits already on-hand or for use as a second handle to an existing set.

I bought this to upgrade from the plastic one that comes with the ifixit kit I got. It feels really nice in the hand and does what it needs to do. I love how smooth the top spins.

I will say up front I have bought three of these. Not because they break but because I have used them so much I might lose one but I still have two floating around somewhere. I'm probably going to buy a fourth or fifth one. These things are solid, they have just the perfect amount of weight and heft, and the bearings at the tip of the handle make for easy rotation with both and two-handed rotations. If you haven't used one yet you don't know what you're missing. This thing works extremely well taking apart 6 to 10 laptops a day. If you get I fix it brand bits with it, even the smallest kit has just about everything you will need that goes with the screwdriver. At $10, I would definitely say this thing is worth it!

I bought this as an upgrade from my Wiha all plastic driver. Mostly for pocket knife maintenance. I do like the grippy knurling on the handle, the 4mm driver is almost perfect but there is still a small amount of play with the bit installed. The all aluminum bit housing is strong with a strong magnet. It very well manufactured and feels like a quality tool. IMO Probably the best your going to find until moving up to full fixed bit sets. Highly recommended

If you repair laptops or desktops this is the screwdriver to get. Very precise lightweight and refined haven't owner a nicer precision screwdriver.

Very good size, shape, weight, grip and feel for this 4mm bit handle allows for precise control and comfort. End cap turns super smooth. Bit magnet is very strong and slightly magnetizes the bit tip. I bought a couple extra of these drivers to use with other brands of 4mm bits. I wish IFixit sold 4mm bits separately on Amazon as their 4mm bit shafts (+, -, Tx, Hx) are thinner than other brands bits allowing for reach through very narrow spaces.

Precisa, eficiente y hermosa pieza de diseño. No es barata pero un gusto trabajar con ella.

Está perfecto para reparar laptops y PC, se siente fuerte y con buen agarre. La única razón por la que no le doy 5 estrellas es por que me gustaría que fuese un poco más robusto ya que tengo las manos grandes pero eso ya es cuestión personal.
